Remember: Our NGeCall IVS device allows you to simulate incidents without the need for a real vehicle.

The new versions of TruePersona and BioVox are now available, significantly enhancing voice fraud detection, speaker identification and advanced audio analysis capabilities in mission-critical environments.

TruePersona is CESTEL’s solution for detecting voice deepfakes and synthetic voices generated by artificial intelligence. Its new version enhances the analysis of deep acoustic features that enable it to distinguish real human speech from audio generated using text-to-speech and voice cloning technologies, even when faced with advanced vocoder-based techniques. The solution is language-independent and designed for seamless integration into existing systems, providing a critical layer of protection against identity impersonation, telephone fraud and disinformation campaigns.

As a complement to the range of NGeCall testing products that CESTEL has been offering, and in response to the growing interest from Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and system integrators — particularly in light of the new regulations that came into force on 1 January 2026 — we would like to remind you that the NGeCall IVS device (Level I) is available to our customers, thereby completing the full set of testing tools.

This device enables NGeCall calls to be made over VoLTE/VoNR networks, in the same way that IVS units installed in type-approved vehicles will operate from 2026 onwards. This allows comprehensive testing to ensure that both the operator’s network and the emergency call centre’s end equipment are functioning correctly.

The device is also extremely easy to use, as it is controlled through a mobile application, simplifying the execution of these types of tests in virtually any environment or situation.

We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid delays in the implementation of NGeCall.
